This All Inclusive Spring Break retreat for families is a unique opportunity for Parent & Child Somatic Restoration. Enjoy co-regulation, repair & reconnection without overstimulation, pressure, or the extra complication of handling logistics.
This 5 day, 4 night Family retreat will be in Cancun, Mexico

This retreat is designed to feel spacious, supportive, and grounded with the ability to access joy and adventure on your own time and on your own terms. This is the strength of many options but a custom curated schedule that suits your family's travel & regulation style. While some equate regulation to stillness others reach regulation via movement, novelty, or freedom from weighty obligations. We will not dictate or micromanage your method of grounding, Only support it & make it easily achievable with low effort from you.
