Using a combination of techniques from Western and Eastern massage modalities, I will meet with & assess the specific physical needs of each client. I will then design a unique & effective treatment plan to best facilitate mind-body healing for each individual. Whether you need to boost mood & immune system, increase serotonin, reset sleep rhythms to address insomnia, engage parasympathetic nervous system for overall relaxation, expel emotional tension, relieve muscle tension, flush toxins, or address specific injuries— Any & All needs within my scope of practice will be addressed
